Project:

Conversion to 35 apartments, of what was formerly a hotel and conference centre

This Victorian block of 3 houses was a building in a dangerous condition when we took on the project. This conversion required extensive knowledge of structural and propping practices to take the building to a point where conversion work could begin.

Our internal alterations created new spaces for modern living and added further to the building, maximising the space available.

As always, throughout the project, health and safety was a primary focus and we employed only best practice in line with health and safety legislation.
